THE ARAB AMERICAN BAR ASSOCIATION OF OHIO
Community Service, Mentorship, Engagement
We know that our strength lies not only in the words we stand by, but most importantly through the actions of our initiatives. Since 2010 Arab American attorneys have met regularly to network and socialize on an informal basis. The experience proved that by working together we could overcome our challenges much more efficiently. We thus decided to launch The Arab American Bar Association of Ohio (AABAR-OHIO).

ANNOUNCEMENTS
PRESS RELEASE 7.6.2020
The Arab American Bar Association of Ohio
Community Service, Mentorship, Engagement
Cleveland, Ohio— July 6, 2020 — The Arab American Bar Association of Ohio (AABAR-OHIO) is proud to announce the formation of a Bar association dedicated to the growing number of Arab American attorneys in Ohio.
Arab American attorneys across the United States have been engaged in issues at the forefront of the public debate - racial and ethnic justice, diversity in the workplace, religious freedom and criminal justice and immigration reform.
AABAR-Ohio, through community service, mentorship, and social and legal engagement, will serve to amplify the Arab American attorney’s voice as we join the Ohio legal community to tackle these important societal and legal issues.
We look forward to engaging and working with our colleagues at the various Ohio bar associations and law schools. A special thanks to the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association (CMBA) for their support and guidance.
